Before you begin

Foraging for materials in nature to create your Earth Altar is the perfect opportunity to practice mindfulness. Going for a walk outdoors, becoming quiet, tuning in and listening to the subtle whispers from your environment is a beautiful meditation process and powerful way to connect deeply with nature and your surroundings. 

Polarity Earth Altar practice

This practice invites you to explore the dance between opposites - light and dark, fire and water, doing and being, yin and yang. The Yin-Yang symbol reminds us that these forces are not enemies but complementary parts of a greater whole.

Self Soothing practice

In this section, we’ll explore orienting, self-touch, and EFT Tapping. Tapping is a simple, science-backed practice that helps us stay present with our emotions while calming the body.
